My husband legitimately spends all of his time on http://www.sportstalknetwork.com/blog/?p=2331. It is insane. One would think that between sports radio in the car (I don’t think he’s listened to music in years), ESPN on television, and watching every sporting event that comes on, he’d be pretty up to speed on what is going on in the world of sports. Evidently not. Because he spends the time he doesn’t spend on all those things on this website. Here is the pretty awesome thing, though. That frees up the television. Now, he does have his own television in his “man cave” that he can watch whenever he wants, but that leaves me sitting on the couch all by my lonesome watching yet another Lifetime movie. This is the best of both worlds. I get to sit on the couch with him, but I get to pick what’s on TV. And since I’m borderline ashamed of watching the aforementioned movies, I have to watch something at least halfway respectable. Know what that means? I don’t lose two hours of my life sitting on the couch crying over a fictitious story about some woman rising above her circumstances. It’s a win all around, really.
